1. General information 

Everybody has the possibility to create his own homepage with www.klack.org. This service can get used only after a registration as a member. Everyone can become a Member. The member is obligated to furnish and keep up to date the dates of registration at any time truthfully and completely. Exclusive German laws apply to use and arrange the homepage. Sites, which offend against valid right, in particular to hate and force call, personality rights hurt or erotically or pornographically contents, are not permitted. Responsible for contents of the site is only the author. klack.org is not responsible for data leakage.


2. Duration of the membership

The membership can get canceled at any time without specification of reasons from both sides. The member can cancel the membership at any time at klack.org without specification of reasons opposite klack.org by clicking on the appropriate menu option within the member area. The operator of www.klack.org reserves itself the right to delete the homepage of a member without specification of a reason from the system. With effectiveness of the cancelation klack.org has the right to delete any data of this member. 


3. Advertising

During the registration the member agrees that klack.org is allowed to include Advertising Banner in the member website.


4. Availability

klack.org does not guarantee any accessibility of your homepage and is not responsible for lost profits. Furthermore klack.org is not responsible for backups and is not liable for any data leakage.


5. Useage 

klack.org is excluding a service for the own homepage. It is not permitted to use data on your Account to inserted in other sites. In particular it is not allowed to the abuse as Web space for Ebayauctionen or Bannerhosting. Such homepage are deleted immediately and klack.org reserve themselves the right to charge the member for the developed Traffic.


6. Links

The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because klack.org has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that klack.org is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that klack.org shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. 


7. Changes of the services

Restrictions, extensions and other changes of the klack.org services are possible and allowed at any time. 


8. Imprint

For each private homepage in the klack.org system there is an imprint obligation. The member is obligated to provide its homepage with an imprint which contains the complete address of the member. 


9. Changes of the Teams and Condistions

Changes and additions of these Teams and Condistions take place via proclamation on the Website www.klack.org under the menu option "Terms and Conditions". The customer commits itself to read and recognize regularly this Teams and Condistions. Changes are considered as authorized, if the customer contradicts the change in writing not within a month after. 

Place of delivery and area of jurisdiction is Regensburg. 

The contract is subject to German law.
